Miami Heat

Over the past games, Miami has improved every time the Knicks seemed to make things competitive. Whether it’s Key shots (especially 3-pointers), offensive rebounds, New York turnovers, or pure defensive stops, the Heat is one step ahead. To Game 4’s credit, the final scoreline looked a lot better than Saturday’s big win, but the game’s outcome was never really in question.

There is no tomorrow for the Knicks. Game five is it, as New York is now in a situation where they force to win three matches in a row to survive, and it’s understandable to have doubts. While the Knicks lost by just eight points, for the most part, things never really got close, as Miami controlled the entire game.

The Knicks shot better than Miami last Tuesday, but there was a big difference in second chances, as the Heat attempted nine shots from the field. Miami dominated the boards, going 44-35 overall and 13-8 offensively while handing out seven assists (28-21), which played a decisive role in the Heat extending their series lead effect. Expect the Miami Heat will finish Game 5.
